BBC One has revealed the routines that the contestants will be performing on this week's episode of Strictly Come Dancing, as well as the songs they will be dancing to.

Strictly Come Dancing's head judge Shirley Ballas has thanked viewers of the BBC dance show for alerting her to a lump under her arm. Taking to Instagram,

The pair had a near kiss on Saturday's show.

The star appeared on the BBC ballroom show from 2014 to 2016, and she even lifted the Glitterball Trophy one year.

Several viewers got in touch to say they thought they had seen a lump under Shirley Ballas's arm.

Shirley, aged 61, is a judge on BBC Strictly alongside Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton du Beke.
