Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden has bravely shared an update on her breast cancer battle, as she addressed fans on social media from her hospital bed.

"Now when I’m in Los Angeles, I don’t feel comfortable like I used to going for walks," the Umbrella Academy actor shared.
